Fried rice with chicken in soy sauce

How to cook ?
Just prepare a plate of white rice, chopped onion, chopped garlic clove, chicken breast, sweet soy sauce, and vegetable such as scallion, bok choy, cabbage., chilli pepper when you like spicy.
Heat the oil and stir-fry the chicken over high heat for 3 minutes. Add the onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper or chilli pepper. Add the wok vegetables and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Add the rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the rice is warm. Divide between 2 plates.
Tip :Sprinkle with roughly chopped cashew nuts.
Japanese rice with beef and sugar snaps
When you say Japan, you say teriyaki. And that’s exactly the tastemaker in this one Japanese rice with beef and sugar snaps. Add to that some garlic, ginger, soy sauce and beef stock and you know one thing for sure: that will be a party in your mouth!
How to cook?
Ingredient to cook Japanese rice: a plate of brown rice, crushed garlic clove, beef strips, Japanese soy sauce, thin slice fresh ginger, cucumber, sugar snap, teriyaki sauce, beef stock, spring onions, sesame seeds.
Mix the meat with ground pepper, half of the garlic and 1 tablespoon of oil. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the meat briefly and crispy. Remove the meat from the pan and sprinkle the soy sauce over it. Keep warm under aluminium foil.
In the same pan, fry the ginger, cucumber and sugar snap peas for 2 minutes. Then mix in the rice. Add the stock and stir occasionally. Let it cook covered for 4 minutes.
Finally, add the meat and the teriyaki sauce. Season further with pepper. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds and spring onions and sprinkle immediately.
Oriental rice with shiitake and ginger

Heat the oil and stir-fry the onion for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Add the bell pepper cubes and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the green peas and shrimps, turn up the heat and let the vegetables and shrimp thaw quickly while stirring. Squeeze the garlic cloves over the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute more. Add the rice and stir fry until the rice is warm. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut off the heat and finely chop the chives over the wok and fold it lightly into the rice. Serve immediately.
